This way you know precisely what you're in store for. We endeavor to provide this from the very first moment you reach out to us. This is a very common question. The short answer is, yes. This is one of the biggest benefits of renting a limo or party bus from a licensed carrier. It is one of the only exceptions to the "no drinking on the road" rules. However, there is a caveat: Everyone on board must be of legal drinking age. If anyone falls under the legal age, we are not able to allow drinking of adult beverages for your trip.

Unfortunately, we do not allow smoking of any kind on any of our vehicles at any time. The reasoning for this is primarily because of two things. First, we always seek to keep our vehicles super clean and smelling fresh for all of our clients. Non smoking clients typically are not amenable to a smoky smelling vehicle. Perhaps more importantly, however, is because when you mix alcohol and fire... Bad things can happen. We want to ensure you do not incur any additional fees because someone in your party burned a big hole in our leather seats. If you'd like a smoke break, simply ask your chauffeur to pull over ASAP, and they will do so as soon as it can safely be done.

Absolutely not. As we have mentioned a few times throughout this website... we categorically do not operate in a manner which would allow you to incur "surprise charges". When you call for a quote, we will ask for information which will allow us to precisely estimate your charges. When you sign your contract, we will fully disclose any certain instances where additional charges may be incurred. Typically this is only due to excessive cleanup (if someone happens to lose their stomach on board), or if something is damaged. Of course, if you go over your time, you will also incur charges for that time used. More on this below...

In accordance with our full transparency and no hidden charge mandates... We believe that a tip is a tip. You should only provide an additional gratuity if you feel your chauffeur deserves it. Again, any charges on your official bill, will be fully disclosed to you at the time of your reservation.

It is almost always possible for you to extend the time arranged for your trip. The only instance where you may not be is if we offered you a package deal at a reduced rate for a trip earlier in the day and, your vehicle is reserved for a trip later on in that day. If we are able to extend your trip, you will simply pay the standard hourly rate you have been charged for your specific trip.

Firstly, you must be of age to sign a legally binding contract. Second, we will need to know the precise date and time we will be picking you and your group up. Thirdly, we will need to know the maximum number of anticipated passengers. Finally, you will be required to put down a retainer and sign our contract to "lock in" your favorite party bus or limo on the date and time you require it.
